A good bowl of chili has to be one of my favorite dishes of all time. I can eat it alone or with a good ol’ side of mac or cornbread. A nice hot bowl of chili is great anytime of the year; definitely for the cold seasons. There’s all kings of chilis you can make at your home. There Texas red chilis, white chili’s and beer chilis, just to name a few. Today we are going to focus on two that are my go to most of the time. Those two chilis are Texas chili and beer chili.
